  It was literally a minute's walk from Kensington Olympia and the Kensington Olympia station, which was ideal for us. The hotel was very clean, and nicely decorated. My room contained a safe and a fridge, but no wardrobe, I was only staying one night so that didn't really matter. We hope to come to the same exhibition next year and this hotel will be - It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.

The staff were so friendly and the service i like was great. we got clean towels everyday and and the room was comfortably. great for a short stay in the centre of london at such a good price which even included breakfast of coissant and toast juice and coffee.

  Closeness to subway and cleanliness - The location is absolutely marvellous! The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned every day, towels and all stuff changed daily as well. Breakfast is ok, it's good they added cheese to the menu:) Didn't have it 6 months ago. Stayed here three times in 6 months and think will do in the future.

  I needed a basic, good value, clean, convenient room for an overnight stay where a location near Paddington station was a key requirement. I had a small double room with ensuite bathroom/shower. The room (and, it appeared, the whole hotel) has undergone recent refurbishment and so all of the decor and decoration was new and the furniture appeared ... what people say » up to date. The room had good soundproofing from the road and was at a comfortable temperature. The bathroom facilities all worked perfectly. My room - Stayed at Hotel June 12/15. Mature Couple. Small but comfortable hotel. Clean and well kept. Located 50 yards from Bayswater Road and 150 yards from Queensway. Very good front desk staff who were most helpful with getting us in with an early arrival time. They were excellent throughout the stay and assisted with anything we wanted. Would recommend this location to anyone requiring an inexpensive but adequate hotel.

  Excellent location and a beautiful Double Studio with Kitchenette on the first floor. Our room was big enough for two persons far more bigger than other hotel rooms in the area. It was clean and beautifully warm, which was appreciated given the very cold temperatures outside. Our room was cleaned every day with daily clean sheets and towels. Breakfast was ok, But for coffee lovers there is a Costa Coffee machine! There was a group of us, we hadn't pre booked so they weren't expecting us.
