  We stayed in an executive studio and couldn't be more satisfied! The staff were really nice and friendly, the studio was spacious, clean and had everything you could possibly ask for.   We had a deluxe room. It was immaculately clean on arrival as well as after being serviced each daty. The room looked newly renovated. It was large by London standards, as was the bathroom. There was always good water pressure and plenty of hot water. All the staff we dealt with was helpful. We stayed during a hot spell and the air conditioning wo... what people say » rked well. Breakfast was fine, but I will agree with other reviewers who said the coffee was awful. The breakfast room was was warm, but the fans help - The hotel was in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from Kensington High St underground. There were lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops just outside of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are small but excellent value for money by London standards. The price we paid included a continental breakfast so even better value. I would definitely stay here again. The room the hotel gave us was for a disabled person/s (which I am to a certain extent) but did not reserve a room for a disabled person/S. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

The bed was very comfortable and it wasn't stuffy or hot. The shower room was attractive and had good quality fittings.
