  On check in, they mentioned the hostel was fully booked that night, so I was a bit nervous it would impact on comfort and sleep quality. Was happily proved wrong, yes, it was busy, but I didn't have to queue for toilets/showers at any time, and breakfast was fine, with plenty of free space at the tables. Loved the curtains - gave a great deal - I only stayed here for one night, but was really impressed by the value for money and what the lodge provided! I only paid 14 pounds to stay in a mixed 18 bed dorm, which I was very unfortunate in that there were not a lot of guests occupying the room and were all very quiet. The room was very large and the decor of the whole lodge was so cute! Very british and quaint.   The staff were pleasant and helpful especially Ausra on reception.. We have stayed in a lot of more expensive west - end hotels, and this hotel compares with them.. The free car parking was a bonus in London, and the tube stations were close by...The buffet breakfast was very good, and we would have no hesitation about coming to this hotel again..H... what people say » ighly recommed - The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Finchely Road tube station which makes it very convenient to get into the city. Rooms are very good size and everything is very clean. Front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London. Good value for money!
