I booked separate room. All facilities inside, even wash-bawl. Common bathroom and toilet, still when I was there - it was always at my disposal at any time. Clean room, calm place. Situated in the center. Breakfast included was quite variable. Very recommended for that price. -

Everything, especially dinner in the Mirrors Restaurant, which was fantastic! The location was excellent, literally 2 minutes walk from St Pancras Station, staff were great, room was great, very clean and comfortable. The panoramic view of the London skyline from our 12th floor room was stunning. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay agai

Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! Employees were so friendly, I loved how friendly and hospitable they were. Location is much better than expected its right next to oxford street and shopping is perfect for that! There's a Sainsbury next to it as well as a phone shop which is perfect for a tourist. Doormen are super nice, and very helpful.

The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.
