  A beautiful hotel with an imposing entrance. Our bedroom room was spacious and very attractive. The Midland is right in centre. Surrounded by cafes bars and theatres. The hotel was built in 1903 and I understand was recently renovated. All the luxury and comfort of a bygone age but with every modern convience.   The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor.   The staff - I have stayed in many hotels and there has never ever been a quality of staff both in customer relations or attitude as all the staff I have come across here. They were incredibly helpful . I ate every night in the restaurant which was superb and had breakfast there everyday.   The facilities in the apartment and its central location. I thought that my bed was very comfortable. Your staff were very pleasant and helpful. The price was fair. - The bathroom was lovely.
