    i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

    Good location: walking distance to the Piccadilly Station (about 15 mins, free bus runs on this route), close to the shopping district (about 10 mins). There are many small eateries close to the hotel and a Subway restaurant downstairs - we had breakfast there. Rooms well equipped - hairdryer, tea/coffee set. Clean, the staff is helpful (or at lea... what people say » st they try to be). - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked us a taxi when asked. We ate our evening meal at the hotel and the food was good value for money and excellent portion sizes. We also had breakfast which was great value for money. The room was basic but all we required. The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean.

    The rooms were large, tidy and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and outgoing, which is a rarity nowadays in hotels with this star rating, it was more in keeping with a more expensive hotel or a higher star rating. It was a great location and I will certainly stay here next time I'm in Manchester. - Every thing was excelle... what people say » nt the staff were very very help full and polite. The security at the the hotel made you feel safe, l liked how you had to scan your room key to be able to go into the lift area. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice.

    We arrived on sunday, and left on wednesday. Room was very nice and clean. It was cleaned every day. Hotel staff was very friendly. We slept very good (no loud noises or anything). Location is very good. Very close to Manchester piccadily train station and close to the Apollo (where we went to see Alter Bridge on sunday) and close to the MEN arena ... what people say » (where we went to WWE on monday and tuesday). - When we first walked into the Hotel It was very impressive and the staff were very friendly and helpful, The room was clean and had what we needed.The breakfast was second to none . The location is right in the heart of the city with the bus stop 1 min away and train station approx 5 mins. So top marks all around. Thank you

    The staff - I have stayed in many hotels and there has never ever been a quality of staff both in customer relations or attitude as all the staff I have come across here. They were incredibly helpful . I ate every night in the restaurant which was superb and had breakfast there everyday. I came back at 3.30 one morning and the security staff wer... what people say » e appropriate and the Gym staff were helpful. - The staff were very helpfull and the location of the hotel was outstanding - No window in the room which for the price we paid was not a problem although if we were staying longer than the one night would probably upgrade.

    This room is in the gay-bar in the middle of the Canal street with cabare-parties downstairs! with big ecotic poster on the wall with naked men on it! what could possibly be better??? though the music is too loud at nights, you never care about it because you're at the parties)) p.s. i'm a girl - Excellent location if you're going clubbing around... what people say » Canal Street, good room, good breakfast.
