    The location was perfect, the staff were more than helpful, the buffet breakfast provided was all you could want and was of a good standard. The hotel was perfectly clean and the beds were very comfortable.     A modern hotel with free wi-fi and free facility of an ironing room which proved useful. We stayed in a standard room with good wet room at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy road but we heard no traffic noise. The air conditioning very efficient. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent value for money with extended breakfast times at week... what people say » ends. We arrived in Brighton by train for a shopping weekend and visit to the Pavilion. The hotel is situated within a two minute walk of the station. - Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!

    Our host, Gail & Peter, were very welcoming and helpful with maps, pointing out places of interest to visit, access to the different transportation. The food was excellent, with home made breads, fresh fruit. Gail & Peter made us feel at home in their home, were very interesting to visit with.     Amazing!!! What more can I say. Darren thank you so much for the wonderful stay we had with you for my partners birthday. Both myself and my partner have allergies to cows milk but darren went above and beyond to ensure my partner had soya milk at breakfast and I had lacto free milk. Breakfast was out of this world never seen a continetal breakfas... what people say » t spread like it (and prob never will again. Unless we stay at the Morelands of course). Thanks so much for our wonderful stay and the card and chocol - A big thank you to Darren and the staff at The Moreland for a lovely and thoroughly relaxing weekend. Our room was cosy and modern, and we took far too much advantage of the complimentary chocolates (back to the gym today!). We loved the huge DVD collection, which was a thoughtful touch especially useful on a rainy Saturday afternoon.     I like the price (i've got deals for just over £10) and the very layed back atmosphere and the staff are very friendly,and it fantastic easy to travel from the station, a few minutes walk away, and the seaside the same. And you have 24 hour opening.Don't go if your shocked with clothes/bags on the floor,and maybe woken in the middle of the night,m... what people say » ost people are young and been out for the night drinking, but thats Brighton for you.This is all ways the first place I look at when I go to Brighton, - The staff was very friendly and the location was excellent. Bed was real comfortable (i had the top bunk). I only stayed for a night but it was a pleasant experience!!

    Great for a group - Location. Value for money accommodating so many people. Great communications from managers/owners. I would 100% stay there again and recommend to friends - however I would take additional towels, washing up liquid, coffee, sugar etc. I'd also like to watch someone else falling through the bed slats!

    I had a super great night here. Phill and Louis are super super super friendly and helpful. Convenient location!! Close to the seafront, also not far away from the city center. The room might not be very big, but definitely comfortable.
