  I booked twin beds for myself and my daughter and they gave us a two bed apartment which was very nice. It was in a fantastic location right in the heart of the city. It was nice to have a kitchen if you wanted to make a cup of tea.   The location was a stone's throw from the ACC and Echo Arena. I attended a conference and could come home for lunch. The Albert Dock is also very, very close. Tesco Metro is really close 5-7 mins walk away and there is a bigger Tesco for food supplies on Hanover St. about 10 mins away. They were pleased to give ideas on things to do in Liverpool and obviously loved their city. The staff were much nicer than some in more expensive hotels. The young girl at the front desk mentioned the hotel has used 2 tours companies and she helped me book a trip with the Fab Four. Very impressed by her service. There was no pressure applied to use one of the hotel tours. Very professional
