    Very friendly attentive helpful staff. Reception area was very welcoming. The whole hotel was spotless. Excellent shower. Comfy bed. Amazing soundproofing - there is quite a noisy road outside, but we couldn't hear it at all, I was also surprised how busy the breakfast room was as we hadn't heard any other guests. We had a good evening meal to - i was very pleasantly surprised at how really nice the ibis was, i did,nt know what to expect but from my arrival to my checking outi could find no faults with the hotel or the staff. i whave since booked into both the ibis at swansea and at whitechapel london. i would not hesitate to reccomend the ibis hotels to my friends.

    The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. The provision of fresh coffee and fruit in the rooms was a wonderful idea.     I loved the cosmopolitan atmosphere, the helpful staff, and the specialtouches such as cafetiere in the room with real coffee and real tea, andeven a bowl of fruit.     stay only 1 night but very comfortable would definitely use again - The spaciousness of the room and its easy access to restaurants etc. The room was well equipped and by hotel standards the bed was very comfortable, plus it was a super king size - very unusual and very welcome.
