  These brand new apartments are located within walking distance to the city centre and the train stations,they are very well equipped with modern furniture and appliances. I also asked to check in earlier than the usual time and I was punctually met by Daniel who showed me the apartment and made sure that everything was working fine before leaving.... what people say » The apartments are extremely quiet and reserved and you don't have even to worry to check out on your departure. Excellent customer service overall. I - good location close to centre clean and modern easy check in/out process and helpful staff car park facility excellent little touches like having dish washer tablets, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, soap and shampoo, such a small thing but so welcome on arrival, keep it up.

  Stayed 18-20th July 2013 room 210. Had a great stay here. Arrived a bit early at 12.30 but there was a room ready so we could check in. The parking is right next door in the NCP multistorey carpark. Unfortunately the carpark lifts are out of action but that's NCP's fault. Being room 210 it was on second floor, maybe the higher floors had a better view but w - NB. My husband and I stayed with our granddaughters aged 3 and 7) We walked through the door to be greeted with mince pies and mulled wine and a friendly and festive welcome to us and our grandchildren. The member of staff who checked us in understood our needs (my husband is disabled) and those of our grandchildren and put herself out to ensure these needs were met. The hotel was busy but we felt we were treated as if we were the only guests. We expect Mariott's to be comfortable and clean,

  Loved the apartment, it was a great size and had a lovely vibe. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom and shower were very good.   This was my first stay in an apartment in the UK. Wonderful apartment. Clean, stylish and cosy. I liked the small balcony to walk out on. All utilities, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. The train station is just 10 - 15 minutes walk away. I would use Premier Apartments again. - Every fixture and fitting was not cheep and was spotless, every detail was covered from dishwasher tablets and a hair drier to a bed that made mine feel like a pile of rocks even the knives in the drawer were laid out the same way! Easy access to cabots and broadmead and right next to a spa and even though they are located near a busy area of Bristol the sound proofing is excellent I couldn't be more pleased with our room.

  We selected Brooks on the basis of their location in the heart of Bristol and value for money. Staff were unfailingly professional and friendly, prepared to go the extra yard in service. The décor is clean and sharp, relatively minimalist but still comfortable. Bedroom was small which suited a short stay but may prove too petite for a longer stay ... what people say » with no wardrobe facility. A real positive is the free wifi throughout the premises and bedrooms. Bathroom is again a tight fit though adequate with l - My wife was taken suddenly ill during the stay and was admitted to hospital. The sympathy, support and general kindness of the staff at the Guesthouse was quite amazing, making our situation so much easier and we shall always feel grateful for this. Apart from that, the room was very comfortable, the whole place was clean and well kept and the food was excellent. The welcome which we had even before our problems began was second to none and I would certainly stay there again.

  very quiet place to stay - not far at all to Cabot shopping centre and the restaurants (and other places of interest)! Easy to just park the car in Cabot Circus and leave it for the weekend without the worry of parking tickets etc... Lots of thought has gone into the apartment - every utensil possible in the kitchen and good quality oven - fridge... what people say » etc.... Very comfy bed too - thank you! - Wonderfully appointed apartment. The no parking was a non issue as you can park locally free overnight and as you are out during the day seeing the surrounding countryside paying is not really an issue. The management team were very helpful when arrived and had not received the email with instructions to enter the Apartment.

With three beds, a decent sized bathroom, a tv and coffee facilities all being on a floor which was clearly marked "QUIET ZONE" I was so impressed and would definitely stay here again.
