  We arrived on sunday, and left on wednesday. Room was very nice and clean. It was cleaned every day. Hotel staff was very friendly. We slept very good (no loud noises or anything). Location is very good. Very close to Manchester piccadily train station and close to the Apollo (where we went to see Alter Bridge on sunday) and close to the MEN arena ... what people say » (where we went to WWE on monday and tuesday). - When we first walked into the Hotel It was very impressive and the staff were very friendly and helpful, The room was clean and had what we needed.The breakfast was second to none . The location is right in the heart of the city with the bus stop 1 min away and train station approx 5 mins. So top marks all around. Thank you

  myself and my partner adored the presentation of city inn hotel, manchester. we loved the fresh flowers within every area of hotel creating a warm and comforting welcome, the room was of excellent style and decor, the hospitality of the hotel staff; the warm and friendly helpfulness. we felt totally looked after and our stay was made so beautifully... what people say » comfortable we will be returning asap. - the staff were very helpful and friendly and the facilities were much better than i have experienced in most other hotels in Manchester. The free internet use was a nice, unexpected surprise and helped me plan my day ahead. The rooms were spotless and the check-in was simple and efficient. A first class break!!! - The room was small, but had all you need for a short stay. We especially liked the idea that breakfast was served until 12.00am on Sunday morning and there was a late checkout time of 1.00pm. As we were suffering the effects of the night before, we rang room service, around 10.00am, to ask if we could have breakfast brought to our room. This was no problem and at no extra cost.

  I loved the decor, the room was very comfortable and the facilities better than published - eg flat screen Tv, free wifi access,the bistro style food was fantastic - and very reasonably priced - The staff were very friendly and helpfull.   I arrived early Saturday morning (circa 10.30) and my room was available immediately. The studio was very well designed and extremely quiet (opposite the NCP car park) and I had one best night's sleep ever. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again! The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and outgoing, which is a rarity nowadays in hotels with this star rating, it was more in keeping with a more expensive hotel or a higher star rating.   This is not your regular hotel. For a start you get a full kitchen area with dishwasher and microwave. The room is large, spacious and well designed. Bathroom is funky designer with a great walk in shower and brilliant shower - loads of water and kept to temperature! Flat screen tv I can plug my laptop in to watch movies, very, very comfy bed. I went for the baseme - We had a Grand Studio on the 4th floor and there was no noise from outside or other rooms. We stayed on a Saturday so we did expect some noise. The room we had was lovely with a Super King size bed. The room was quite large and also contained a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, cutlery & plates, iron, hair dryer, free wi fi, flat screen tv with Internet access. Also, you had to be out of the room x 11am but for an extra £10 you could stay in the room until 1pm. Breakfast was simple but nice and

  i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
