  The hostess Inga is delightful. She was very helpful and gave a very warm welcome to my friend and I. The room was cosy with a super comfy bed which was perfect for our weekend stay.   We arrived at 1pm earlier than the 3pm check in, we spoke to Hans who met us and took us to a different apartment that was ready, it was in a new development and was decorated to a very high standard and we were greeted by fresh flowers, which I thought was a very nice touch, no wifi but Hans returned with a dongle for us to use, he also provided ... what people say » a map and talked us through some places to visit, quite a walk into Cambridge but we enjoyed it, lovely break overall - Friendly professional staff who offered us an earlier check-in with the kids and good help with the WiFi that didn't work when we arrived. It is easy access to a bus route which runs to either the tube or Heathrow Airport Terminals 1,2,3 and 4. Recommend that information for Terminal 5 be added to directions to and from Heathrow.
