    Really liked the 'home from home' feeling, and although small, the apartment was really well designed and comfortable with all you'd need for a City break or business trip. In a great position with a short walk to everything Clifton Village has to offer. Good value for money, helpful staff, we'll definitely book again and have already recommended ... what people say » to others! - I had a "small one bedroom" and it was perfect - extremely comfortable bed, kitchen was very well equipped, bathroom clean and contemporary, and it was so quiet. A wonderful oasis. And of course the location, in Clifton, is a stones throw away from all the shopping one needs. The host could not have been more accommodating and helpful.

    Friendly &helpful staff,with great facilities to make the stay special. We really enjoyed the Pool and Sauna.It was so relaxing. Bristol is a Vibrant City with a busy nightlife. The Hotel's city centre location was ideal for our visit. - Fantastic hotel, one of the best I've stayed in. Staff couldn't have been more attentive and professional - little touches helped like giving my son a kiddie's pack on arrival and a voucher for room service milk and cookies. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and again great service and staff were really knowledgeable about the area. Pool and spa were immaculate and really nice, room was good size, well furnished, everything worked. It was a super hotel.

    Very friendly attentive helpful staff. Reception area was very welcoming. The whole hotel was spotless. Excellent shower. Comfy bed. Amazing soundproofing - there is quite a noisy road outside, but we couldn't hear it at all, I was also surprised how busy the breakfast room was as we hadn't heard any other guests. We had a good evening meal to - i was very pleasantly surprised at how really nice the ibis was, i did,nt know what to expect but from my arrival to my checking outi could find no faults with the hotel or the staff. i whave since booked into both the ibis at swansea and at whitechapel london. i would not hesitate to reccomend the ibis hotels to my friends.

The cook was standing near the buffet and we had an excellent chat about vegetarian foods. The hotel is an excellent hotel overall, and the room was spectacular. The staff were super professional and friendly, and I greatly enjoyed it. The bar and lounge area were a great place to meet colleagues or to just sit and read quietly.

    I have just moved to Bristol for work, and stayed at the yha several days while looking for accommodation. Overall, yha Bristol is a very good hostel compared to the standard. It is new and clean which is pretty rare for hostels. Showers are new and clean too. Tv lounge on the ground floor is a great concept. Excellent location and staff was very ... what people say » friendly. - I had a great stay. The hostel had really good communal areas - more like a chic coffee house than a budget hostel. The rooms weren't quite as nice but perfectly acceptable. The wifi was good but you have to pay for it and it doesn't reach the bedrooms - only available in the communal areas. Location is fantastic.

    The room was fantastic - we may have been the first to stay in it, it certainly felt like that. High quality finish, very comfortable and luxurious. Especially the blackout (light and sound) curtains - we didn't stir until 11.30 Sunday morning! I recommend a wake up call so that you don't miss breakfast!     We selected Brooks on the basis of their location in the heart of Bristol and value for money. Staff were unfailingly professional and friendly, prepared to go the extra yard in service. The décor is clean and sharp, relatively minimalist but still comfortable. Bedroom was small which suited a short stay but may prove too petite for a longer stay ... what people say » with no wardrobe facility. A real positive is the free wifi throughout the premises and bedrooms. Bathroom is again a tight fit though adequate with l - My wife was taken suddenly ill during the stay and was admitted to hospital. The sympathy, support and general kindness of the staff at the Guesthouse was quite amazing, making our situation so much easier and we shall always feel grateful for this. Apart from that, the room was very comfortable, the whole place was clean and well kept and the food was excellent. The welcome which we had even before our problems began was second to none and I would certainly stay there again.

    The hotel is located City centre with safe parking on site. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were well informed about Bristol to maximise our stay at the Hotel.     The location, and that I reserved a river view room on line and actually received one! The buffet breakfast was excellent. - Very spacious room, extra large double bed which was extremely comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean.

    I have stayed at Hotel24Seven once before, so knew exactly what to expect, Clean , comfortable , nicely decorated rooms, secure off road parking, easy access via coded locks, great value for money. In fact I love this hotel so much, that I took pictures of my room to encourage my friends not to stay at the boring Ibis in town, & to come here i... what people say » nstead. Indeed I will actually visit Bristol more often now as I have my hotel of choice sorted. - We were delighted to find out that we had our own kitchen with full cooking facilities. It's a great way to save money as you don't have to go out to eat all the time, especially as one of us has complicated dietary requirements. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It's also a huge advantage not to have to carry around a key the whole time and not have to worry about losing it.

    Apart from the spectacular location, I found my room (overlooking the Gorge) to be spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable with a surprisingly fast shower head in the bathroom!     This is our fourth stay at the Mercure Holland House, Bristol. We have always received the best of attention from the staff who are very pleasant to a one. Our room is always good and we mostly have been able to have the same room on each stay. Breakfast is very good and we have had some lovely dinners there.
