  Absolutely everything was positive. The Deb Team enjoyed their stay and praised everything from; how spottlessly clean the hotel and rooms were, the extremely friendly service we received during our stay and the quality of the breakfast. The location was a bonus to us whilst working during the day and then entertaining on the evenings. We hope to r... what people say » eturn next year once the dates for the conference are announced. - The easy access to Bournemouth Town Centre, Shops and Buses, however the Parking was very limited at the hotel, but the proprietor had a well organised system for this problem. and there could be a problem for people with walking disabilities, as there was a steep hill to climb whichever nway you went. Having said that we certainly return again as our stay at the Blue Palms was most enjoyable.

  The care and attention to detail shown by Dexter and Olitia (the owners) in restoring and modernising this lovely building is excellent. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and loved the setting, rooms, decor - everything about the place actually! It was lovely to sit and have a drink in the bar on our return to the hotel and then after getting cleaned up, returnin - We loved everything about this beautiful hotel! The owners and staff were very friendly, interesting and helpful. We were made to feel welcome instantly. They also had excellent knowledge of the local area and gave us good recommendations for eating out. We stayed in the stunning and very luxurious "red" room, which was large, clean and comfortable. Lovely bathroom with big, fluffy towels and robes! Very tasty breakfast. We enjoyed sitting in the downstairs bar and garden area sampling the good
