Cleanliness, space to move around, attention to your needs, as well as being able to let my hair down and have a laugh with the staff. It was also good to hear that they had a No Tolerance approach to anyone who may be disruptive/refuse these types of individuals.   The staff were a friendly couple of men but lacked a little on personal appearance, they refuse stag/hen parties so you can be sure of a safe family b&b. the location is within 1 min of funny girls, 4 min to see front, 10 min to tower. They went all out to make us feel welcome n put a mini disco on for the 5 people in that night.   It was a nice, clean hotel. But what got me the most was the friendliness of the owners. They were so chatty and friendly. The Gresford was actually the best hotel I've stayed in based on this factor. - nice friendly owners very helpful. clean and comfortable rooms etc.
