  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room. The room was lovely, nothing spectacular but we did only book a regular r... what people say » oom. Everything we could need was in the room however. We went down to the American Bar and had several glasses of wine. We had bookings for Afternoon - Smooth easy quick check in Junior suite, Art Deco Style Fabulous, bathroom huge, walk in shower with rain head huge, Free standing bath plenty of room for two. Afternoon Tea, delicious, was my bithday, they played happy birthday and bought a cake with candle, you can have as much as you want...service amazing. Dinner at Kaspers, very busy, Seated at a table with everyone coming back and forth on either side, not good, asked to be moved to the bar, done with no fuss, lovely dinner and wine. Used

  Excellent and beautifully decorated no-expense spared brand new small luxury hotel. They may only have been open a few weeks but they've hit the ground running thanks to the top quality experienced staff. My room was super comfortable and the marble bathroom with heated floor and electric loo gorgeous. The use of the curtesy Rolls Royce really topped off a superb stay.
