We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

Once entering the hotel, we felt welcome greeted by friendly,smiling
faces, from the staffs. As well as, from the guests.
Our room was great; trendy, clean and comfortable.
I also had a Spa treatment, at the hotel. Once entering the Spa, the staff at reception were warm and welcoming. Beautician was friendly and shared great knowledge on the pro... what people say » ducts and treatment given at the Spa.

We stayed in an executive room so got a four post king size bed that you can get lost in and would recommend paying the little extra for the executive rooms. The location was fantastic. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport. Fantastic location. Doesn't need to be self catering though, so much to do close by I only spent 4 hours in hotel. Day staff were very accommodating. At the end of the day, it's a student building for most of the term, It was quiet, clean with a great view over london ( the back view is the scene from the end of sky fall where James Bond is... what people say » on the roof) I would happily stay here again. Huge room in an amazing location - not even a block from Trafalgur square! Everything close by and easily accessible. Laundry facility was available too and the beds were very comfortable. Probably the best value you could get in such an amazing location - we liked to get the metro out somewhere then walk back (for example we got the metro to Kings Cross station then walked back and did sight-seeing on the way).
