Although I booked a standard double at a very deep discounted rate (typically this means getting the box room next to the staff quarters), I was given an apartment room which was really a suite.   This is a great, modern apartment for those who have kids or just need something more than a hotel. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics, and the appliances were all so nice and new. The staff went out of their way to let us check in a bit early and a bit late. Tesco, Sainsburys and Waitrose all close by for groceries and just a short tube journey to anywhere in Central London you fancy. Really felt like a home from home.

The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

  We were very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab.   Went as a group of two couples and one single person for an overnight stay prior to a day at Chelsea Flower Show.The staff were extremely helpful when I phoned with a few questions prior to booking. The rooms and shower facilities were clean, with clean bedding and large bath-towels! Luggage storage before and afte - Reasonable price, excellent location near Victoria and easy to find. The room was nice. Comfy bed, tv in room, clean. Breakfast was ok - toast (they could top this up more), croissants, cereal, yoghurt, tinned fruit, coffee machine, staff were friendly when I was making a mess! Free wifi in my room even in the attic, tea tray which was nice. They had an iron which was good. Excellent hairdryer.
