Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages. Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.
