  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

We stayed in an executive room so got a four post king size bed that you can get lost in and would recommend paying the little extra for the executive rooms. Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings.
