The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless.
The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

First time we have gone for an apartment - having always stayed in a hotel.
We have booked again for next year... what an amazing location, a really cosy, warm and friendly feeling to the apartment. A superb view over Bath - beautifully appointed apartment - it really is well worth a stay here.

The apartment was warm and clean and the kitchen had everything. We loved having a garage and the car fitted perfectly which we were worried about after one review. The bus into town was outside the hospital very close by. In all we would definitely stay there again. We loved it. -

I liked everything about this location. The guest amenities were thoughtful, caring and very welcoming. The location is excellent, the flat was very warm and comfortable. The owners did everything in their power to leave us with nothing to want for. It was a home away from home and such a beautiful experience. I am grateful to the owners for making my stay a comfortable and memorable one. They truly care about their guests. I can't wait to go back.
