  We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared.   NIcely equipped bedroom with an Incredibly comfortable bed and a really nice shower (a proper rain shower). The staff are helpful and friendly. Very good attention to detail to the smaller things. Outstanding cleanliness. Incredibly polite staff. The decor was superb, which coupled with the above gives weight to the 5 star rating

  Everything was bad. First of all the name of marble Arch residence wasn't exist and it's Park West building. Second, there is no reception and you have to go to their office which is 300 meters. Thirdly, the corridors was smelly, the flat was dirty and old. The towels and sheets was smelly we had to buy new one. The bathroom was dirty we had to c... what people say » lean it ourselves. I do not recommend it at all. Thirdly, the - I really enjoyed my stay. The staff ordered a taxi for us to go to the apartment and then back to the airport. We chose the express check-in and it was really quick and hassle-free. We found coffee, tea, hot chocolate and more in the kitchen free of charge. The apartment was very clean and had a modern decoration. It's good value for money and will definetely be staying there again.
