  The staff was extremely cordial and efficient. We arrived early and we were able to leave our bags. When we returned a while later in the afternoon our bags had been taken to our room. The room was small but well supplied and we had a view of the street from the 4th floor. I told the front desk attendant when we left that I will definitely recommen... what people say » d this hotel to anyone staying in London. - Spacious, clean, comfortable room in a great location. Close to Paddington Station. Easy access to Heathrow Express train. Buffet breakfast adequate with provision for hot food at additional cost. We flew out in the evening but were able to leave luggage at the Hotel after check out at no additional cost. It allowed us to continue sightseeing until 4.00pm on the day of check out.

  The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was tiny but very clean and comfortable (the shower excellent!) and quiet for its location, and the breakfast was great. - Friendliness of staff and the breakfast was good, with plenty of extra toast if you wanted it.. Tea,coffee and milk replaced in room daily. Location was perfect.

  Staff friendly and very helpful. Pleasantly surprized by the size of the room (family room) especially for London. Clean. Good breakfast. - My main concern staying in a less expensive hotel was cleanliness however I had no problem with this.

  We liked the breakfast in bed option, as there is no dining room it was the only option :). Overall, excellent value for money in a great location!

  Location was excelent being less than 5 mins walk from Paddington station and good tube connections to all central areas needed. A direct bus from kings cross area stopped within a minutes walk of the hotel. Continental breakfast was brought to the room every morning at 8 with enough to eat.
