  The hotel was wonderful we couldnt have asked for more. The staff friendly and helpful, The lobby beautiful and clean and very plush looking. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The only thing I could find any fault with is that the bathroom was small but even then it was a lovely bathroom so we didnt mind too much.Very good locati... what people say » on aswell. If you have loads of bags then it will be troublesome. Luxury hotel. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room open from 7am-11pm for all guests free. Spa treatments at a cost. Very good attention to detail to the smaller things. Outstanding cleanliness. Incredibly polite staff. The decor was superb, which coupled with the above gives weight to the 5 star rating

The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries.
