However, my superior room was so exquisitely touched by the hotel designers, which even compensated - I loved this hotel. The staff is super professional and always with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious! Best continental breakfast I have ever come across in a London hotel - or anywhere really. Lunch and dinner also exceeded my expectations. Simply fantastic! Dorset Square Hotel is much more than just a fabulous hotel. Marylebone station is very close (2min walk) so location is great if you come from LHR/Paddington.

  I liked the fact that it was nice and quiet and the staff kept their distance unless needed. It was a lovely place to relax after a hectic day being a tourist. The rooms were spotless and the tea and coffee were well stocked in the rooms at all times. - Excellent Location! Cafetiere in the room. Good maid service daily. Helpful and friendly staff.

  The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it. The room was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed being able to pop outside into the courtyard. The people couldn't possibly have been nicer and made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door. These personal touches make all the difference, particularly in London (... what people say » where you don't often get that). Location second to none. - The rooms were both lovely but the best thng about the hotel was the staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they were superb and the atmosphere was great.

The breakfast is excellent and the restaurat is very nice. The position of the hotel is also very central (few steps from Oxford circus) I would certainly go back there.

  From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the warm friendliness of the reception staff then taken in to the lounge area for a drink and some afternoon tea. We were shown to our room which was perfect in every way spacious comfortable clean it ticked all the boxes. The breakfast catered for all tastes a buffet was available or a la carte The st... what people say » aff were delightful so efficient replenishing and clearing away so everything ran like clockwork even the interaction between staff was lovely to obse - We stayed in the Arch on September 2013. Everything was perfect, very comfortable rooms, clean, location was great and very good service. We had to do a late check out and they were very nice and arranged everything we needed. Very good gym facility. Additionally all the soft drinks are complimentary and nespresso machine and tea available in the room, very convenient. Definitely recommend!
