  Excellent conditions, nice and quiet, great rooms - not very spacey butone has to keep in mind it's Europe and the hotel is the formerresidence of a former British Lord! Great location: close to Victoriasubway and also within walking distance from both tourist attractions(ex. Very friendly and obliging staff. - A truely excellent hotel (luxury townhouse style) that deserves its five star rating. It is a very central yet quiet hotel with loads of charme and friendly, helpful staff. There might be no sauna but our room was furnished with lots of taste and the marble bathroom might have been small but it was always squeakingly clean. We enjoyed our stay there a lot and can recommend it.

  Beautiful, historic building decorated in period style including the retention of fantastic (but tiny) lift with manually operated cage doors. Staying here made me feel like I was a diplomat!   I absolutely loved my stay at The Kingsway Hotel. I was made to feel so welcomed and safe. The staff are super friendly and you do really see that it is a well run, professional family run hotel.   Admiral is a family run hotel and you get treated like one. The location is wonderful, the staff go out of their way to help, the rooms and public areas are clean and looked after, the breakfast room/bar was beautiful. I was extremely happy with everything and everyone and had a super stay at the Admiral hotel. I would and have been recommending it... what people say » . - warm welcome. Best thing that really got me was there willingness. Although I had a couple of hicups, the staff did a good job to revive a bad stay. Thanks. Had nice big plasma in the room. Filling breakfast.   This was our second reservation and all was very good. The room was on the street level and most helpful. The breakfast was great. - Basic room with en-suite, but comfortable. Polite and friendly staff. Although only 1 night stay, I would return again. 3 min walk to Paddington station.

  The room was wonderful but in part that was because I had 6/7 (both) access to myself. With only a small room on its own - even with an excellent bathroom - I would have found it too small for C21st expectations. On the other hand, the staff(a manager?) was wonderful, including letting me use the breakfast room to do some emails etc. and next morn... what people say » ing breakfast was outstanding!! Yes I will be back. It was definitely as described and definitely not a flat pack chain hotel room. It's position in w - So many hotels are identical, and I stay in a lot of hotels! It was really nice to have something that was out of the ordinary for once, yet still in a good location (right next to Kings Cross station) and with functionality ... free wireless etc. A great breakfast, an extremely helpful and courteous staff, overall it made a very good impression.
