  The location was fabulous! Entry into the building was very secure. We had issues with the shower and toilet and the response time to get it fixed was great. Believe it or not, we didn't mind the steps (we were on the 3rd floor) and we actually toned up a bit duirng our week long stay. - Located central between charing cross and the embankment... what people say » tube station.   letsbookhotel.com definitely helped with planning a large group weekend in London. We had about 10x people total and were able to book 2 apartments together near the Picadilly area. Upon arrival the staff met with us on time and at the location with all the information needed. Additionally, there were extra keys since we had quite a few people. Excited abo - Although we booked 33 Villiers apartments the week before there was a ploblem with the apartment. I cannot fault the service they gave, the apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location excellent. It was a birthday treat for my wife and with a couple of friends had a great time. Thanks. Geoff.

Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport. The rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful with directions and booking a taxi for our trip to the airport. We had 2 triple rooms on the 10th floor with our daughters
