Greeting, information on local restaurants, advice on directions to place s of interest. Friendly welcome by manager and very helpful staff. Good location for Hampton Court. Great staff, very clean and many restaurants walking distance. Parking facilaties. Very helpful staff. Rooms very clean.very helpfull staff, great breakfast and comfortable beds. Very friendly host. Hotel was good value for money. Room clean. Lovely breakfast. Would recommend Warwick Lodge as a place to stay.Friendly welcome and the location of the Hotel suited our needs for this particular trip. Convenient location. Staff was friendly and valued our business. When we decided on a full breakfast at the last minute, the manager prepared it himself. The shower was excellent along with the breakfast. The lady preparing and serving was most polite and helpful.Very welcoming staff. Our room although small was very clean with comfortable beds in a quiet part of the hotel. clean and comfortable. friendly staff. Manager very friendly. Good location for A3, plenty of eateries nearby! good shower and breakfast.Friendly and helpful staff. New, updated en-suite. Good and prompt breakfasts, staff were pleasant and helpful. The manager called the night before to confirm our booking. The welcome upon arrival was very friendly and informative. Very helpful manager. Fulfilled my request for a quiet room.We had a choice of room. Breakfast was nice. I admired the friendly manager for his disarming honesty, if nothingelse. Having ripped us off for the room in the first place, he offeredus transport to the function we were attending three miles away, at arate of £40 for a return journey - twice the minicab fare. He explainedthat as it was a hotel service, it 'naturally' cost more!!. Reasonably close to Hampton Court Flower Show (but would commute from further away in future). worked. The english breakfast could have been fuller, with mushrooms fried bread and fresh tomatoes. Shower/Bath very narrow, shower curtain clung to you when you showered because it was so close.parking in front of hotel limited, had to park in nearby street. Room small, average bandb but convienient, no evening meals or bar, beds too soft. For a BandB, maybe a little expensive. Also needs further updating to room decor, but liveable. En-suite shower room was a little bit cramped, parking was off-road and a bit awkward if there were more than about six vehicles. The bedroom needed attention to detail, it was in desperate need of refurbishment. There were patches of mold in the corner of the room and the ceiling wallpaper was coming away. This may be due to the inadequate ventilation, in the ensuite bathroom which made it uncomfortable when taking a shower or bath. Small room, dowdy dark old fashioned decor. The overbearing host, said we wouldnt be able to book a taxi as it was too busy (we wanted to book it for hours away) insisted on taking us into town himself. However it all ran late so we got the bus. Surprised at how dated this hotel was considering the price. For £10 more I could've stayed in more modern accommodation in Central London. I couldn't fault the cleanliness of my room though it was extremely small and smelt damp. Staff were very polite.£130 way too expensive. It was a guest house masquerading as a hotel.Had to call the manager on our mobile on arrival to gain entry as he wasoff the premises. So-called "deluxe room" had a tiny ensuite, and thebed was rock hard. Full English breakfast was cheap and nasty. A very basic BandB Hotel charging far too much for such poor facilities. Shabby cheap furniture, cramped room, no lampshade on main light, poor shower and temperamental plumbing.yes the hotel was of very poor standard and would not stay there again. Bathroom was disgusting.
