We arrived early and the staff member was extremely helpfull providing us with a room ready for use. This was much appreciated. the clean hotel, well maintained parking and gardens. internet access was good. Friendliness of staff.Good staff, Complimentary breakfast. Helpful staff, cleanliness of room and breakfast area and good parking.free breakfast in morning, not having to go and buy elsewhere.

Really good hotel, clean rooms, freindly staff, good location...cant fault. comfort,breakfast in hotel,friendly and helpful staff. The scenary behind / near the hotel was very good.Everything was clean and met my expectations. Friendly and efficient service. The hotel room was spacious and clean and staff friendly. Near the Supermarket and outlet shop. cleanliness. Snow Goose restaurant, excellent food and value. helpfull staff-convenience. Clean and tidy hotel.Lovely little pub just opposite the road. After a long day on the road it's nice to not have to drive to go out. Shopping center ... Tesco are nearby, we got Sofabed for young children, Pub is just in front of hotel. good location. hotel was not something i was expecting as i have stayed in some holiday inn hotels far better then this one no chance for express hotels again.No heating in shower room, even heated towel rail would suffice. only one armchair in bedroom. The room would have been better if there had been some drawer space to unpack suitcases. It was a family room and was rather small. Living out of suitcases in the cramped room was difficult. Location...The hotel was quite far from the main city / train station. Room service and a bell boy would have been nice!. The distance for a non driver to the town. no TV Channels to browse, bkfst was not that good as i expected...like there was no boiled egg.We had 3 adults and the third bed was a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. cooked breakfast would have been goood. i did not like the hotel because it was way out of city centre also full english breakfast was not availble too. In all they took my debit card details 3 times I thought this was unescessary and made me wonder about the security of my card details. I was very disappointed at the quality of breakfast. The choice was poor and you don't expect to have to tidy away breakfast dishes in a hotel. the fact that i booked a smoking room and was given a non smoking room with no possibility of a change tel No given by staff at hotel for complaints was closed [4.00 pm sat afternoon ] not good. Bed was far too soft for both myself and my wife.
