I have 2 small dog and this was no problem with the hotel the food was really good and we enjoyed the swimming pool. The staff was very freindly overall it was a very good hotel to stay in and we will be back again. 10/10. The staff are really friendly, helpful and all local. Food was excellent. Ambience was comfortable and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone - we will be back.

Sauna did not work on the two occasions I tried to use it and the towels for the swimming pool smelled of cigarette smoke.The door handle to get into the room was a tricky card lock and knob combo that was difficult at first. A strange arrangment never seen elsewhere before. A minor problem once solved. The corridors leading to our room was chilly and the decor was scruffy and dated. My partner and I were concerned our bedroom would be of similar condition, but we were pleasantly surprised our room was nice. Sections of the hotel were in desperate need of being 'done up'.Our bedroom was unbearably hot.the menu, for the high standard you praised it on your webside, i found it quiet simple, if not boring. the quality of the meal i had was without any doubts better then that was i prosumed after reading the menu at second day i was intend to use the sauna, unfortunalety it was not in use. Bit far from town, but not too bad with a car.Noisy guys being drunk and shouting in front of our room in the middleof the night. there was a problem with central heating and I was awake for at least 3hrs on the night. I will have to write a formal complaint to the hotel.The water pressure was not great.
