The hotel is set at the side of the Grand Union Canal and we had a
lovely walk along there seeing lots of wildlife. The evening meal we had
was delicious and good value for money. Our room had an en-suite (we had
a loft room, room 8) and was very clean. Tea & coffee facilities
were provided but they forgot the cups. Our breakfast was lovely. The
staff were very friendly. A 20 min walk from Southall train station,
through a very ethnic diverse high street, but the hotel itself is in a

It was clean and comfortable, really a set of rooms above a pub. The
landlord cooks the meals and they are quite good British fare. Someone
said there was no breakfast; well this is not true, I had one most days
I was there. If you want a homely comfortable environment where you can
relax versus a sharp hotel, this is a very good place to go.

Only drawback that the tube is not close, however there is a very
reasonable taxi right next door which charged £30 for return to Wembley
so I do not think it too bad as a bus to Hounslow was £4.80 return.

There was no warm water during our first evening and morning there. This was fixed when it was mentioned to staff.
A breakfast was advertised and paid for ahead of time. However, there was noone there in the morning and I received different information about the time of breakfast. I was refunded afterwards.
The area was not really a great part of town to walk through.

location is not very central and difficult to find. uncomfortable beds. we booked a suite with a bathroom inside, but we got a two bed room with shared bathroom on the floor. shower didn't work right. we paid extra for breakfast but in the morning at the given time for breakfast everything was closed, which means i paid £20 to get no breakfast...
now when i want to contact them, i get an e-mail that their e-mail don't exists.
The room height I banged my head a few times.
it s very far from town. need to take bus for 7 stop n walk about 3 minutes. there is no single signboard from bus stop to the place.
Very hard d pain to find out the location. Far from bus/railway station . No facility at all.... I will not prefer anymore.
I did not like the place I though it was a hotel not a bed and breakfast. it was filthy and staff not friendly at. i paid for breakfast but never had one. i would not recommend it to any one.

between 3 rooms! Lots of flys and bathroom dirty.
unclean, dirty rooms, dirty cups in room, pillows stank, bathroom smelt, loud music until 12,30 doors banging all night untl 1,30 rubbish in garden, I could write a book about things I disliked about this squalid place.
