It was just what I was looking for - a quiet, clean place to spend the night; and it was beyond what I expected - a lovely room with very nice amenities. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. I was going to be leaving early in the morning, before breakfast would be served, so he brought breakfast into my room that evening so I would have it in the morning!. Very clean accommodation, close to Heathrow, polite, helpful staff, comfortable bed. Ideal place to stay when catching an early flight from the airport or as an overnight stay when arriving on a late flight in England.

Decor dated and a bit worn. TV had to be turned on by hand rather than remote control. Multiple keys could be confusing. Obscure location although with a pleasant pub across the road. I felt that the furnishings in the guest room were very simple andplain. For some people that would not be an issue. I also feel thathaving internet access would be an asset to this hotel.Breakfast good but choice a bit limited. Directions to the hotel were dreadful. We came from the south, and found it impossible to reach the hotel. Had we followed clear directions from the main highway (M4), I would have saved frustrating hour or more wandering. The required hotel gates felt the neighborhood is not safe.There were no directions on the website to get there from Terminal 5 of Heathrow, so I was a little confused about how to get there, and it took more time than I anticipated. If there is any flaw that may be the stair. It is too narrow for a big luggage.Hard to find from the street!. None availability of Internet and poor TV.It was a bit more remote than we anticipated. You felt thewaitress was waiting for your departure at the breakfast table!. The Brakefest service - You need to wait for order - the Juice and other stafe are not on the table. The TV on roms is very small. Price a bit to high for a BandB style inn.mattress of bed of poor quality, we felt discriminated(e.g. no bacon in the english(???) breakfast because they are muslims!!), lack of telepnone and Internet in the rooms?. Furnishings and batrooms were a bit dated. No breakfast on Sunday before 8am (at an airport hotel!?). Hard to get off at the right stop by bus. Taxi driver to the airport the next day tried to rip us off. Area around the hotel looks run down. Beds were not comfortable. road leading to the hotel was cluttered with patrked cars- yellow lines??. Breakfast poor, cold beans, cheap sausages. Had problems getting the staff to split the payment for the room betweenmy friends and I but it was eventually resolved.
