  It was very reasonably priced, especially considering everything that was included. The location was great - only a 5-10 min drive to the airport, and very close to Horley train station. A driver picked me up from the station upon arrival, and the hotel ordered and paid for a taxi to take us to Gatwick airport. The bathroom was exceptionally clean ... what people say » and there was plenty of hot water! - Although we arrived late ,our keys were waiting for us,so no hassle waiting around.Very comfy and clean.Lovely staff,and brekie.Great to have free transport to airport.Would use again.libby scullion

  the attendent came right to the door when I knocked, he knew I had a reservation, he helped me carry my luggage up the stairs, he explained the breakfast, everything went according to plan. My airport transportation (same person) left exactly on time and he even pulled into a loading zo - I love this hotel and the owners and staff they make you feel like you are part of the family. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will be back there soon. I prefer to stay here then in London. With a great pub near by with great food. I left my teddy bear there and the kept him for me (yes I said Teddy bear) on my way back with a short pause between airports the brought him to me and would not take any money for the delivery now thats family.   The family who run this guesthouse are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing appears to be a problem with them from booking to arrival to departure. The facilities are first rate, the appearance of the guest house is very appealing at untitled glance an does not disappoint inside.   It was close to Gatwick airport and short direct walking distance to Horley town. The early morning taxi transfer was booked for me and arrived on time. The shared bathrooms were great - very clean and with a good shower. The room was clean and comfortable with TV & drink making facilities. The wash basin in room was very handy! A nice tou... what people say » ch was that I was helped up to my room with my heavy bag which was really appreciated. - The owner went that extra mile or even two to ensure that everything was ok for me as I ended up arriving about 5 hours later than planned, knowing that I was travelling alone. The room was warm, the bed comfortable & I was left a message with my key to confirm my transport to the airport & time. Will definitely use again if travelling through Gatwick early.

  I stayed at Springwood for 3 nights due to taking exam in the local area. Recieved an upgrade to a double room, which was 100%. Free wireless internet, lovely breakfast. Lift to exam center every day, Thanks for a very enjoyable stay. - Only spent one night. Comfortable and clean room.

  The service was excellent and the room was actually a really good value! We arrived fairly late at Gatwick and the shuttle was still running. Hotelier booked a cab back to Gatwick for us the next day that arrived exactly on time and was extremely reasonable. Good breakfast and comfortable atmosphere!   I liked staying there a lot. I have allergies to perfumed substances ,polish ,toilet duck ..etc. I requested no perfumed products at all even softners on sheets affect me. So no products were used fab fab fab. The Breakfast dining room was pleasant light and airy Very clean.At least 2 tables were by the windows. Food & service good. If you choose cooked breakfast as opposed to - When the temperature of the room was colder than I was comfortable with and there was noise from tree work in the back, our host changed our room immediately to one which was warmer and quieter. He also suggested an excellent dinner place which was within easy walking distance and helped in other ways. Breakfast was tasty..although when will the Brits stop using that 'radiator' toast hangers so the toast is cold before the cooked part arrives! I would be happy to use Gatwick Turret Guest House

  We chose the Gatwick Inn due to it's close proximity to the Gatwick Airport for an early morning flight. Leeli, our host, gave us a very warm greeting before showing us to our room. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed was the most comfortable we had during our 5 week European vacation! No Gatwick Inn staff transport to Gatwick airport as there used to be BUT very well organised taxi booked by reception lady - pleasant taxi driver and extremely good price so used him to get back after week away.

  I had a very warm welcome and a very comfortable room. The B&B is very well set up to cater for guests travelling from Gatwick, and is only a £5 cab ride away if you are leaving at an unearthly hour as I was! It was very nice to be collected on my return, and my car was ready and waiting for me. We were in a self contained apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with our 4 children. We had an extra bed in the small sitting area so that we could all be together.
