It was excellent. I loved the newly renovated room. Everything worked sowell. I loved the bath tub and shower facilities, and the wonderful bedwith the duvet cover. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Ijust stopped by over night during my travel home, and it was veryrelaxing. Definitely more than just a place to sleep. I thought the hotel was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the food was very expensive4 considering what was on offer. I fell that the hotel is capitalising on this as there is nowhere else you can go to eat.

The Novotel Heathrow is a nice, clean European-style hotel, in a goodlocation. Tea and coffee making facilities were welcome.The rooms were very comfortable and the closeness to Heathrow with the conveneicne of the hopper bus,. The food as ok but not quite as high a standard as the rest of theHotel, we had a very pleasant evening after a very long journey. Everything was good. Nothing, except were misled about a "shuttle service" which actually was the bus and since we had alot of luggage had to take a taxi to the airport in the end. Toilet seat was broken and bath base was cracked. Shower was very awkward to get into and out of but overall it was very good.The cost of the Hotel Hopper at 4 pounds per person per trip. Thought the price of the breakfast was a bit steep. Difficulty in finding it!. The Irish beer Kilkenny was flat. It did not hold a head as itshould do.A happy stay. Limited seating area in restaurant - had to take meal in bar area.Car parking is expensive. I believe customers should park free. The room was very warm. No port or sherry at bar. The only criticism is the Hotel Hoppa shuttle bus that has beensubstituted for the hotel's own shuttle in the past. The Hoppa shuttleis like a cattle car, and costs £4 per person one way. It calls atseveral nearby hotels and is absolutely awful to ride on.Lack of help with bags. Receptionist brought them up at check-in, we had to lug them down ourselves when checking out in morning. Cooked breakfast is inconsistent.The room was too warm, uncomfortable... wished I could have adjusted the air conditional myself. the difficulty of transport, only the hotel hoppa bus or a taxi is available to and from heathrow airport.
