  A beautiful b&b . The hosts made us feel so welcome but were not overbearing ,as some b& b hosts can be. We had a very tastefully decorated room with all the amenities you could possibly need . Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. There was private parking behind the house. The house is in a very quie - Extremely helpful, friendly and efficient owners. Its a lovely Victorian building which was perfectly located for the conference centre. It is big enough not to feel at all awkward coming and going. The bedroom and shower room were quite small but that was expected as this was a small double which was perfect for one. The room was very comfortable, in excellent condition, spotless and had everything I needed - robes, iron and board, fridge etc etc. The breakfast was very good too. They made up

  Judy is fabulous. Very warm, generous and welcoming. The room was small but perfectly formed with lovely aspect from the window. Amazing breakfast. A big plus also was the parking ticket of a favourable kind which meant we could park easily close by. The Welford is an easy stroll into the town centre and also the conference centre. We had a room on the street side of the first floor, with a very good bed. Parking opposite was free with a 24-hour license. Breakfast was complete and good. The location is in a quiet street a few minutes from the city center.

I would recommend the Acor - Owners have taken care to maintain property to excellent standards. Rooms were clean, comfortable and comfortable and new shower and bathroom meant no irritating plumbing problems. Location is close (walking distance) to city centre yet in a very quiet tree lined cul de sac in a sllepy neighbourhood for a most peaceful stay. Breakfast excellently cooked to order and owner extremely helpful and hospitable.

  Ruth and David, a charming couple, made us feel most welcome - in fact David went out of his way to make my mother feel at home by organising a newspaper for her each morning at breakfast! Cannot recommend it high enough. We will definitely be returning. Well worth booking, but do it now, it is so popular took three attempts to get a room., speaks for itself.

  The Stand alone factor here is the breakfast....spectacular is the smallest compliment I could give!! Andy and Tracy really leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of making sure the guests have everything they wish! I would also be amiss if I never mentioned the cleanliness of Wynnstay House and the rooms were of the utmost comfort...cannot praise... what people say » this guest house enough and a must for anyone hoping for a relaxing break in Harrogate!! - Andy and Tracey were the most delightful, welcoming hosts. They were also very professional and sociable - without becoming intrusive. The B&B is located in an excellent location; not too near, but not too far from the town centre. The room was just perfect, comfortable and clean. The B&B was quiet and very tidy. Above all, the breakfasts were to die for: plenty of choice and beautifully presented.

The hotel is a beautiful home and every attention to detail is made, right down to lovely toiletries in the bathroom and an enormous china cup and saucer for your morning tea. A really nice B & B - we would stay there again. - This is the best guest house we have ever stayed in. The owners were welcoming and friendly and the whole house was spotless. Our room was modern, comfy and well-equipped and the breakfast was excellent. It is in an excellent location for shopping, eating and theatre visits and parking was not a problem due to the permit system. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

  This is an exceptional hotel. Staff will do everything to make your stay welcome. We were totally relaxed from the minute we arrived and our bags were collected from the car and taken to our room.   The proprietors were extremely welcoming and friendly - nothing was too much trouble for them. The standard of the room was high and it was clear that it had recently been refurbished due to the modern furnishings. The room was also very comfortable and cleaned to a good standard with fresh towels each day. We were within a short walking distance of the centre of Harrogate but also conveniently l - Murray House is of a 5 star standard with a relaxed atmosphere. The facilities are excellent and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. There is a nice variety on the breakfast menu and the food is very good.   I can say that my stay at Ashwood house was amazing, as the staff is so polite, attentive to all requests and always ready to help. The room with single bed was very clean, bright and warm, WIFI was working without any problems. The bathroom is just perfect, the shower cabin was very new and had a modern design. Parking may well be a problem in the summer but I used the car park behind the hotel and had no problems

Well planned access and we parked just outside and purchased a parking permit which was well worth it. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable and very clean. It was a home from home. Perfect for our needs. I would recommend it for a family of 4 also. Street parking nearby which would be the only downside if you don't want to pay. Didn't effect us though as we left each day before payment was required.
