The apartment was very well equipped, clean and felt luxurious.
In a lovely part of Harrogate. Lots of places to eat & shop.
Excellent secure parking.
Question 1 not apply because there was no staff in the building x.
Location, well equipped, parking was free, comfortable and clean.

Our stay was at the end of a 2 week holiday so being on the top floor with children and all the bags that accompany them was difficult. It took several trips to get all our belongings up the stairs.
The front door was very tempremental and didn't always want to open!

Can't open windows for fresh air. No receptionist to greet on arrival.
Lots of codes to get in, unable to close blinds on one skylight in bedroom, parking area was cramped so manoeuvring car was challenging!.
Key code didn't work on front door so had to use back door all the time the number 7 wasn't working on the key pad
Everything else was first class.
