Very good in general but a real excellance when we went to the bar to purchase a bottle of water and were given it complimentry. Nice touch

Very, very comfy beds and rooms. Reception and bar staff were very friendly. We didn't notice a lift!!

The swimming pool and gym.

The cost of the resturant food was to high.You could by the amount of people not eating.You need to over a better value price range in the resturant.I Feel £16.50 for a steak and £2.45 for the veg and £2.50 for the chips is totaly not acceptable,You would get more people eating in the resturant if you overed a more realist price menu

yes, i will not stay there when there is a wedding on. Guests were allowed to stay in the court yard until 2 in the morning and had to complain twice and an hour later before it was resolved.

Restaurant - several Christmas parties were booked in and the only dinner choice in the restaurant was Christmas Dinner, take it or leave it!

We usually stay at the local Premier Inn but thought we would 'upgrade' to the Ramada - what a disappointment! The bedroom was tired and dated and the bed very uncomfortable. The dining room was dim and dingy, the breakfast dried out on the Saturday and the waitress on the Sunday seemed totally disinterested and even got our only request wrong! Back to the Premier Inn in future I'm afraid

The hotel is easy to find from the highway and lots of parking space. Easy exit to

The bathroom was not clean. Lots of brown lines around the bath. Poor construction to make it better looking makes things worse. It was to cold in the breakfast room. Tooster did not work well. No meat like Ham or other.

No hot water as boiler had broken. At check in they only had us listed as staying one night rather than the two we had booked. You had to pay for WiFi and then it did not work. All in all probably the most dissapointing hotel stay ever in this country. I wish I had read the reviews before booking.

I booked my Director, Mr Taplin into this hotel. His experience was not good. The hotel was 'tired' and in obvious need or refurbishment. He dined in the restuarant with disasterous results. Not least; the white wine was warm and they had no cold. The waitress had never opened a bottle of wine before - her own confession "as she had only been there two weeks", so he had to open it
