  The arrangement of the room was lovely. And, our room service dinner was spectacular. Equally, I held a meeting in the bar area and all worked to complete satisfaction. I would recemmond this hotel to anyone. Additionally, the close proximity to city center, the Queen's St station ( my arrival point) and Central Station (my departure point) work... what people say » ed well. - A well-situated hotel, with a good bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff were without exception very pleasant and helpful

  my reservation was changed to the Jurys Inn due to a problem at the Quality Hotel They paid the additional money which was great - rather than leaving us stranded. - convenient for hospital appointment and shops. staff were very nice, nothing was a bother to them especially the handy man
