  The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was a mistake with the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a deduction taken off our bill. Hotel was nice and quite at night so allowed for a great nights sleep. Complimentary minibar was a nice touch too.

We are already planning for our next visit. - The location was ideal, close to bars, restaurants and main shopping centre. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean.

  The room was celubrious and the extras (golf putting and decent cafetiere coffee, walk in wardrobe) well worth it in terms of improving the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. It was so lovely and comfortable that we did not really want to leave the hotel for the concert / meeting friends that was the reason for the visit. It is ideal for all types of travellers. good walking distance to the city centre. the room was well presented and of a good size. - The layout of the room and facilities contained within it , ie tv , dvd and cd player. The faciltiy of obtaining loaned dvd's fromt he reception was also a good idea.

  Central location and friendly staff. I was also accompanied by my elderly Mother. We arrived slightly early but were welcomed by a friendly lady at reception and allowed to check in. The apartment was clean, spacious and very warm. A lovely deep bath with bubble jets was an added bonus and my Mother had another spacious shower room to herself. Bed was c - The location is excellent as it is situated directly in the city centre. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with a great layout and fantastic city view. There is also good accessibility with the lifts present in the building. The apartment is well equipped with all the necessary appliances. It was excellent that free luggage storage was available on checkout for a few hours.
