Not only was this sorted out within a couple of minutes, but they also took my case for me. Brilliant service, thankyou. - A gem!   This was a brilliant location for me. In the city centre with loads of restaurants and Pubs around. There was parking outside the Hotel for just £2-4 for a part or full day. Laundret just 5mins down the road.   4 of us stayed at this hotel after a concert at secc, we experienced excellent service, first class accomodation,sheer luxury and so peaceful! breakfast was absolutely gorgeous!!! would definately use this hotel again.great time was had by all - everything, especially the little extras like the hair straighteners.   I was very dubious about this hotel as only after I booked the hotel I noticed a few very negative comments on the internet. I phoned the hotel and Tom who works of the reception advised me that the hotel is very good value for money and I will be pleasantly surprised. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. There was r - This is a budget hotel which is well worth the nobey we paid. Breakfast was am ple and standard fare. The room was better than you would expect from this Type of hotel. SECC is within walking distance from the hotel. The only complaint is the short time availability of breakfast. As this hotel caters for people going to a gig they need to increase time for breakfast. It meant that people all rushed in just before 8.30am and the breakfast room could't cope with this.   The beds were super king size, this was fantastic. The whole hotel was spotless, and the location was fantastic as we had tickets for the SECC. Breakfast was lovely too. - Hotel was in excellent position for SECC. The breakfast was very filling with lots of choice and dining room was light bright and airy. Would definately return.
