What people say
excellent location and value for money. apparts were very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, except a hairdryer!! We would definately return to the apparts and recommend them to all our friends. It was central therefore in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go and it was quiet. Ease of access to all entertainment etc. Having so much space and not having to be up in the mornings to let cleaners in. Also being able to make our own meals and having a seperate area to eat and watch tv in. Staff were friendly, but didn't see any again after arrival. Was a brilliant location for town, olny a few blocks to main shops and bars etc.all reviews »
Location could not have been better-first time I have used theappartments and will do so again when coming to glasgow. having my own 'flat' rather then just one hotel room. Location, accommodation and cleanliness. The apartment was very nice, and in a great location and for agreat price. Convenience, cleanliness, very nice receptionist, very well equipped making our stay very nice. We would stay at the Glasgow Centrale Apartments again and have already recommended this apartment hotel to friends. Wish we could have stayed longer!. The staff were very nice and very helpful and the flexibility and location were all great.Good location, spacious accomodation and comfortable beds. good location. Nice roomy well equipped apartment. comfortable and clean.Living room and kitchen, flat on top of building. Great location and spacious modern apartment. close to city center. Own space and quiet.Great system for access and all the codes worked perfectly. The location was fantastic, right in the busy heart of a great European city. The apartment was super and the bed was one of the best I have ever slept on. Very nice clean basement apartment situated at the heart of Glasgow city centre. All facilities that we required were available i.e. DVD player, appliances, dishes etc.Well equiped apartment. Availability of a parking space in a garage. Lift. freedom and plenty of room. Location Simplicity of use. Space and facilities. Space and comfort. Had severe problems in first room but staff very helpful in sorting these out satisfactorily when made aware.location, space, decor, privicy,. The apartments were central and very clean and modern. The location was very good and close to the city center. No taxi information available. We did not recieve enough clean towels. The fact that continental breakfast was supposed to have been included but it never appeared!. Only double bed in 2nd bedroom, not King size and no radio in 2nd bedroom. Major problem with street noise. Busy street traffic noise loud and made sleep difficult. Needs double glazing. Will not return for this reason. The light in the bath did not work - very unpleasant. Even after I phoned the staff failed to organise the rapair (although I appreciate, they would need do do it within 4 - 5 hours). No bulb in one of the bed lamps. noisey from the main road. The floor was creaky and the showers do need attention. Rather noisy during the night/ single glazing only.very noisey at night from traffic. Flooring. Entry into the building was not straightforward and I had to phone them as no-one answered the service ringer at the entrance door, which caused much anxiety. I wasn't aware there is no 'service' after 6pm (luckily I arrived at 5-30 really). Kept awake all night from the screeching of seagulls!!! (A problem of Glasgow generally apparently not the hotel.). The showers left a lot to be desired.A rather noisy city location with no double glazing. no cooker within the kitchen. The staff member I spoke with was extremely rude. There is no reception desk and the staff member answering the phone is very unhelpful. The staff was not responsive to my complaints. I notified the hotel that the DVD and telephone were not working but no one came for the repair. Also, there were problems with the toilets seats as well as the floor wood.
