Helpful friendly and efficient staff especially in restaurant where I had an excellent steak meal, very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good security with keycard for stairs & lift, as I was a lone female traveller. Less than 10 mins walk to North terminal.

Reception area perhaps a bit small for more than 4 travellers at once with lots of luggage and too close to lift/stairs leading to congestion

The atmosphere was really friendly and the staff made you feel very welcome. The food was very good and the service was first class. The only point was that our room was quite a distance from the front door and as my husband was a smoker, he had quite a long way to go for a smoke. I would most certainly use this hotel when travelling again.

This is our second stay at this hotel, and once again the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean and was near and easy to get to from the airport, via shuttle bus. We will definately use the hotel again.

Location was excellent and bus service made our journey between the hotel and the terminal building very easy. I was also pleasantly surprised by the value for money and quality of the food in the hotel restaurant.

The pillows were excellent, will get in touch with hotel to find out where they got them from so i can buy some. Hotel and room nice and warm, food excellent.

Very busy airport and very busy hotel but staff were extremely efficient and made my stay very comfortable and effortless. Food was delicious and room comfortable. Check in and check out very easy with shuttle bus arriving exactly on time.

We only stayed overnight but the room and quality of service was excellent. No airport noise at night. 10 min walking distance to North Terminal

In general, Premier's family rooms could do with an extra duvet and pillow to hand. Parking charges.

We were not notified of the road closure outside the hotel and thediversion signs were very confusing resulting in us taking an extrahalf hour to reach you once we came off the m23 instead ofapproximately five minutes.
