We arrived with our son who is wheelchair bound , and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. She even sent his breakfast up to him on a tray!!! FANTASTIC....The building couldnt have been more central!! All in all, a fantastic budget place to stay in Edinburgh. The owner should be very proud , they do a fantastic job, we loved our stay here.

Morag (the owner) was VERY nice and courteous. She greeted us warmly and seemed genuinely interested in what we were doing each day and how we were enjoying Scotland. Also, her breakfast was great and always waiting. Meats, cheeses, huge croissants, choice of cereals and juices.

Eveything, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was superb and the rooms were beautiful, once we had figured out where the twon centre was it was an easy walk an we throughly enjoyed our stay and will deffiantely return. - Staff were excellent. The price was nice and the sleep was good: these are main criteria for a good stay. The hotel itself is ugly, massive, chain-like, but people are okay, walking distance to town attractive, there is a park and a river road, so, I recommend this place!
