The hotel building was very impressive, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was superb and the food was excellent. Ideally placed for us, as we were attending the March & Rally for Scottish Independence on Calton Hill that weekend. We only stayed two nights and didn't have time to use the spa/pool but it looked really nice. The location on the Royal Mile was perfect for our stay, within easy reach of the things we wanted to do. It was easy to drive too, with easy parking behind the hotel. It was also easy to get out of Edinburgh from this location. letsbookhotel.com and our stay was perfect. The staff were brilliant and so
attentive allowing us to check in early and assigning us to a fab room.
The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added
extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers. We
also had a massage each in the spa centre which was fantastic. The
location is more than you could ask for- everything on the doorstep!!

I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

The older gentleman working in the reception was a perfect example of hospitality and he also seemed to have a great knowledge of Edinburgh, which he shared generously.
