The owners of swan lake, are nice people, they can help you with planning your sight seeing if needed, hospitality is first class, and their home very comfortable and you feel very welcome. the breakfast is very good and plenty of it. you are on first name terms and every thing is relaxed, no noise peaceful house. a lovely stay thank you. sue and her husband very friendly and helpful with organizing your time in Edinburgh with day tours and booking whatever you need. very nice hot/ cold breakfast selection with generous portions. The house is a turn of a century style with great character, comfortable and warm. situated on a great bus route.
