We had a room at the back, which though quiet was a little small. That said we only used it to sleep etc., so it was never really a problem.

It was a bit cold in the room.
Weak wifi signal in the room so I had to go to the livingroom.
A coat hook on the back of the door would be useful. Noisy in the morning as it's next to the kitchen - preparation started about 7am so no long lie here!.
