We liked it because it was close to the bus stop, and downtown area, the castle. The train station was near by.

Only 15 mins walk to city centre or frequent bus service close to Cambridge House.

Comfortable beds. Excellent wide and powerful shower, the best I've ever used! Close enough to city centre. WiFi is cheap at £3 per day. Parking is on-street only but this is the case in this neighbourhood and we did not find it hard to find a parking spot.

The rooms are far from soundproof and light sleepers will be bothered by the sound from other rooms and traffic. My room door could not be locked from the inside. This created an embarrassing situation when the room service lady let herself into my room while I was sleeping without my clothes on - DESPITE the Do Not Disturb sign that was clearly hung on the door knob!!!

Accommodation met our requirements fully. Very clean. Lovely quiet area 10 mins walk from Playhouse Theatre. Owners really nice Would definitely go again

They shouldn't be charging £3/day for WiFi. You can find free WiFi everywhere in the city but not in your own room!!!
