city center. Most of all Rhona the owner is a lively, wonderful, kind

We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived to the minute we
left. Rhona is a fabulous host and very informative. Breakfast is

i really liked Rhona and Brian. Rhona was very helpful with any questions and concerns, She even called a local dentist to assist my husband. Downtown Edinburgh has many tourists and it was nice to be among the Scottish for a couple of days.
We enjoyed staying at Auld Reekie Guest House. We had a room with a window to the garden. It was nearly noisless. The breakfast was delicious especially the french toast :-).
Next time we will definitely stay at Auld Reekie Guest House again.
Enjoyed the comfortable, quiet and relaxing stay at Auld Reekie very much. Rhona is especially welcoming and helpful plus the location is ideal for experiencing Edinburgh via a healthy walk or riding one of the many buses.

Lovely stay here, Rhona was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and well equipped, the ensuite was great, it was only about a 20min walk to the centre of Edinburgh, all round great stay, really enjoyed it!.

Friendly and efficient service Rooms very comfortable and well equipped including tea and coffee making facilities which so many hotels now do not provide Good location on bus routes.

Lovely accommodation, just over a mile walk to the grass markets. Great room, hearty breakfast & would definately recommend it.
