  There was a very warm and welcoming reception on arrival. The room was very clean and suited us well for a short stay. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant has great views over the estuary. - Good building in lovely location

  Wasnt actually a hotel, caravan type stay, have own key, parking by side, as well as bed, and en suite small table and chairs,central heating, tv and kettle including sachets of teas coffee and milk. Small problem at first but within 5 minutes sorted....excellent staff and customer service....got a problem they are happy to help and sort out...fri... what people say » endly and help......5 ducks came outside and to be honest my wife fed them, so lovely and friendly ( ducks aswell as staff !) - Good Price. Accommodation was better than expected. Booked in and room was ready 3 hours early. Very clean and fresh. Even scented bin liner and ultra quilted toilet paper. Also had a fridge to keep your drinks cool. ( Bonus ) We were situated next to the green and lake, where the ducks were very friendly. Did not have chance to use restaurant or club, which is a shame. Have already recommended to a few people. A*****

  The size of my room was very pleasantly large and it had all facilities stated, and they all worked properly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was warm. I asked for a sea view and the sea view was amazing, I booked a single and was upgraded to a double for no extra cost - wonderful value for money. The ensuite was spotless, so were the t... what people say » owels and sheets, and extra pillows were available which is very important for me (having to sleep sitting up). Breakfast was included in the price, a - I was a visitor from Australia who had previously lived in Clevedon for a short time. I found the hotel staff to be very helpful and friendly, and the hotel comfortable. The location (I had a room overlooking the Bristol channel) with the added bonus of being able to watch the tame pheasants and squirrels and other sundry birds below my bedroom window, was idyllic. A good place for a bit of R&R! Audrey, Melbourne.
