What people say
As always a really good night's stay at a Premier Inn. You can always be assured what you get will be clean, reliable, and friendly for a great price. In this case, the front desk staff member went above and beyond in helping us get our laundry washed and dried, which was a real help a week into our vacation.
Large room, clean. Great value and yet comfortable. Staff was very friendly and even did some of our laundry as they did not recommend us going to a laundry as they are in an unsafe part of town. All they asked was a donation to the company's charity.all reviews »
We liked the room which was bright and airy. Very clean with all the amenities required for an overnight stay.
We especially liked the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful and will be writing to the management to say so.
Greeted by a warm friendly receptionist who was very obliging and nothing too much trouble. As were the Staff at the Brewers Fayre. Very friendly and obliging.
From the beginning the staff were very welcoming and efficient. We were made to feel valued guests. The food was excellent value and the service splendid.

Helpful happy staff.
Staff very friendly, great location.
Convenient and quiet location.
Usual Premier high standards.
the staff was very good.
Clean spacious rooms.
Always good.
Everything.
I liked its checking in and checking out speed. It's restaurant is fine. Location is good.
It provided what I wanted, a reasonably priced, clean and
comfortable facility.
A standard Premier Inn.
Very clean.
The fact that the address was given as Warwick Road when in fact it was Walkmill Crescent. This resulted in us having to ring the hotel when in Warwick Road and reprogamme out Satnav.
Could not find any faults.
The fact that the address is given as Warwick Road whereas if you put Walkmill Crescent into the satnav it takes you there straight away. (We discovered this on our previous visit in April).
Rooms above caused quite a bit of noise tone heard by ourselves. This noise at times was very very loud through the flooring.
Limited internet.
nothing.
i liked it all.
Nothing!.
Bed too hard for us.
No toilet brush.
We would have liked the bar to have been open later.
The main door kept banging (late night and early morning) so didn't get much sleep.
The location of room 1, the persistently banging corridor door, which kept me awake to 2.30am as late returners to the hotel happily left the door to bang shut. The loud arguing from a room adjacent to us. The early morning wake up from more doors banging and slamming.
Too busy at breakfast!.
pay for WiFi; missed the hotel coming into Carlisle from M6 -- not very visible!.
Had no heating in our room, was quite cold, had to settle for electric radiator by 11pm...
Nothing much - apart from a shortage of teabags!.
only one bath towel.
Staff a bit abrupt.
Breakfast - food was appalling. Bacon was grey-green, everything soaked in oil - inedible!!.
No air conditioning.
Breakfast is not included in room rent and on payment basis it is too costly.
I think wifi should be available all the time free.
Nothing really. I could mention things I would have liked but I
don't expect them in a budget hotel.
The disabled room!.
Noisy - could hear a lot of door closing/opening.
bed to small, ( I am 186cm tall ).
very poor would not recommend.
